How do I take care of my HIE products?
HIE Products are made from vegan leather, synthetic fabrics, & other materials, and metallic accessories. To maintain and protect your product, avoid contact with water, oils, fragrances, and cosmetics. Excessive exposure to light and heat sources should also be avoided. To keep your bags and accessories clean, wipe them with a soft dry cloth. When they are not in use, store them in a HIE care bag in a clean, cool & dry Place.
How do I return my order?
The order can be returned within 7 days from the date you received the product. Please refer to the Return policy section for details.
Can I replace the order?
Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement. Please refer to the return policy section for details.
How do I return the product in case I change my mind?
You can return the unused product in its original packaging along with the original tag. We will arrange for a pickup from the provided address through our logistics partner. Please refer to the Return policy section for details. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the unused product in its original packaging along with its original tags.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Explain the situation and provide your order number and details about the incorrect product you have received.
1. Required evidence: It is extremely important you provide evidence such as photos or videos of the wrong product.
2. Returning a product can take time, especially if it involves shipping the product back to us. The Hie team will try its best to expedite this process in order to avoid any inconvenience.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE REFUND OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT?
After the refund has been initiated by Hie, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the source account as per the following timelines:
1. NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation
2. Online Refund – 7 to 15 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner. For more details, refer to the Return Policy section.

Do I need to pay for the return shipment if I return my order?
Yes, Return shipment is chargeable at INR 150 for a envelope box, INR 300 for a small, medium and large box. We will arrange for the return shipment. Please refer to the Return policy section for details.
MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND ORDER NOT PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
a) Check your email: After you complete a purchase, you should receive an email confirmation.
b) Contact our customer support: If you have not received any confirmation regarding your payment or order, please email us at info@hiestyle.com.
c) If the payment gets debited from your account and order confirmation is not received, your amount will be credited back into your account with 5-7 business working days.
Can i return the final sale product ?
No, it's not eligible for final sale product. You can return within 7 days from date you received the product.
