Shipping Policy:

We provide free shipping to our customers located anywhere in country.

Usually we ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving orders. Once shipped you will get your delivery within next 3 to 5 business days. Customers who choose to pay with cash on delivery may incur extra charge INR 50/-

We ship our orders via reputed courier service providers like Bluedart, Delhivery,  Xpressbees etc.

In case of prepaid orders for which our courier partners do not provide shipping facility we dispatch them via another courier service.

Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case your our courier partners do not provide COD facility at your pincode. Shipping charge of INR 50/- is applicable only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. If that's the case, it's a common practice for businesses to charge an additional fee for COD orders to cover the costs associated with the payment method and ensure the security of the transaction.

Currently, we do not fulfill orders for which shipping address is beyond boundaries of India. And we reserve the right to cancel those orders.


IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Case Hie is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

We ae not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your pincode and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the pincode of destination to deliver the package. 

Case Hie reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Personalized Items:-

All personalized items are made to order and require payment in full before production begins.

Order Processing: Orders containing personalized items will only be processed once full payment is received. This includes orders that also include non-personalized items.

Shipping: Shipping times for personalized items may vary depending on the product and customization. Please refer to the product description for estimated shipping times.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate personalization details when placing an order. We are not responsible for errors or typos in the personalization provided by the customer.
