Shipping Policy
•All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after the order is confirmed.
•The standard delivery time is between 4-7 business days from the date of placing the order.

Personalized Item Shipping Policy
•Personalized items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, they are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that personalized items are only available on a prepaid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for these products.

Return Policy
•We gladly accept returns or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
•Return is applicable and chargeable at INR 150 if envelope box, INR 300 if small, medium and large box, covering restocking and one side shipping charges. If the customer sends the product, there will be no additional charges, to be eligible for a return, your item must be.
